Entrepreneurship Development cell of Dhempe College of Arts and Science organized a one day workshop on ‘ Budding Entrepreneurs ‘ of foodomania groyp5on 31st July, 2018. Various related aspects in entrepreneurship was covers in this workshop.  A session on ‘costing and pricing’ was taken by Dr. Shilpa Samant from Economics department of our college. Followed by a session on ‘Nutrional labelling and rules based  on FSSI 2011. A session on ‘ Developing and Marketing a Product’ was conducted by Mr. Nikhil Divekar , a young successful entrepreneur. Mr. Nelson Fernandes from FDA held a session on ‘Registration and licensing’ followed by a session by Mr. Ajay Gramopadhye on ‘ Eco friendly packaging ‘ and a session on ‘Government schemes for entrepreneurs ‘ by Mr. Sudip FalDesai from Goa  Innovation Council. This workshop was attended and highly appreciated by 45 budding entrepreneurs who are keen in starting up their business venture. The session  on ‘ Nutritional labelling’ was taken by Mrs. Varsha Naik.
